Employer engagement
The Neptune Financial Wellness Program starts by meeting you, the Employer. During this initial meeting we outline how the Program works, and how it will benefit your employees and ultimately your business. With our market knowledge we review any employee benefit schemes already in place and/or highlight what schemes are available to your business. Our impartial expertise will ensure that you are getting the best deal possible on your group life, risk and pension schemes. This is not only carried out on the initial meeting, but on an annual basis which ensures that both you and your employees are making the most of their money while getting the best benefits.

Seminar
We are first introduced to your employees at a seminar in your workplace. The seminar deals with the taboo of money and the stress that it can cause and opens the financial discussions that a lot of people are afraid to have. Although confidential, it will be interactive with questionnaires and quizzes determining where people are at in life financially. The bottom line is that the seminar will focus on the everyday matters of people’s bottom line!

Workshop
The next step is critical to the success of the Neptune Financial Wellness Program. A private workshop is set up ‘in house’ where a Wellness Consultant meets privately with each employee to ascertain their individual finances and apply theory learned from the seminar to their individual circumstances. This is a very private issue for most people, especially if financial problems exist. Just talking about these problems can relieve financial stress! Getting help to solve the problems can eradicate it, leading to a more productive and happier employee.

Appointment
After the workshop, some employees may want to include their family members in their financial wellness plan. To afford the employees this opportunity, a Neptune Financial Wellness Consultant will meet with employees at their home for convenience, or at our office.
